The Curried goat here is almost as good as my old Ganny used to make.
Cottons serves really authentic carribean food and its really good to see a good mix of customer here. Most Black restaurants tend to cater just for West Indians and normally the service is shocking.
At Cottons there is no "soon come" attitude, just very good food.
My boyfriend and I went there as a last minute choice last night and we were pleasantly surprised. It doesn't look much from the outside but it's worth venturing in. If you can get passed grandma's wallpaper, the music is soulful, the atmosphere is friendly and the smells are delicious! My Jamaican Mule cocktail was perfect and not too pricey at 6.25 but the still water was a bit steep at 3.50 a litre.Very authentic caribbean food. The steamed Red Bream was gorgeous and the whole jerk Baby Chicken was 'proper' meaty chicken and super tasty! I think this place will become a bit of a regular haunt for us.

Attented a dinner party for 10 on the 26th August. The staff were very curtious and attentive. The food was excellent and bountiful and the atmosphere was wonderful. The DJ finished off the evening with a wonderful set. Can't wait to go back.

"At short notice a booking was made for 13 people for Sunday 12th March 2006. Fairly small and cozy rooms, it was a very busy day. For starters I had Salt Fish Fritters which I found slightly salty and my main dish was Fish Stew served with plain rice that was a bit salty as well. The service was very good and staff was very pleasant."

"Wonderful Caribbean food and cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are fantastic, atmosphere and service are really good- the place is buzzing on a Friday and Saturday night- a place that would definately keep one going back for more. Highly recommendable restaurant."
St Pancras Old Church is believed to be one of the oldest sites of Christian worship in London and in England, although the building itself is largely Victorian.
