"We went to this restaurant for a special night out. The food is very simple but well cooked. However the service is rubbish. When we walked in we were ignored despite the place being almost empty. the waiter took ages to take our order and after the main course said 'do you want a dessert or anything' doesn't a waiter normally at least hand you a menu? When I mentioned the dessert was a bit dry, the waiter just said 'no it isn't'. unusual approach.

Really disappointing and upsetting as was supposed to be a special night out."

"A nice looking restaurant, with a nice atmosphere. However, I went there for breakfast. I ordered a bacon sandwich. It took an age to arrive, and I mistakenly thought that a lot of care must have been taken. However, it was just two pieces of dry brown bread with a bit of dry bacon. Oh forgot, there was some limp lettuce on the side. When I asked for the bill-it took ages to arrive and no one was bothered to take our money. I had to seek out a waitress, who looked at me as if I was mad when I said I'd like to pay the bill. I suggest they look at their staff, the food presentation and the prices."
