But the 25-year-old told the Daily Mirror there was nothing fundamentally wrong with her brain, and that it just needs a bit of a tune up.

"In a really ideal world, I’d like to have something done when they can sort out my brain," she said. "I have the correct wires but they just need re-wiring and sorting out."

Jade is currently expecting her third child, her first with boyfriend Jack Tweed, and the pair are looking forward to adding to sons Bobby Jack, three, and two-year-old Freddie.

"Jack and I are both over the moon about this baby," she said.

Jade Goody is pregnant with her third child, her spokesman has confirmed.

The reality TV star, 25, is expecting her first child with 19-year-old boyfriend Jack Tweed.

She already has two children - Bobby, three, and Freddy, two - with former love Jeff Brazier.

Her spokesman said: "Jade and Jack are having a baby. They’re both very happy, but there is nothing more to tell at this stage."

News of the pregnancy marks a change in fortunes for Jade, who has had a tough year.

She was accused of bullying Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty on this year’s Celebrity Big Brother then, when she was recovering from the furore, Jade’s Caribbean holiday villa was apparently engulfed by a bush fire.

Weeks later a man appeared in court accused of stealing from her.

At least she’ll have plenty to talk about when she is interviewed by Piers Morgan for a BBC show later in the year.

A 29-year-old man today denied stealing more than £12,000 from reality TV star Jade Goody.

Luke Rustem, of Harlow, Essex, is alleged to have stolen from a bank account belonging to Big Brother star Jade, of Chipping Ongar, Essex, Chelmsford Crown Court was told.

It is alleged that it took place between February 2005 and April 2006.

Rustem has been remanded on bail and is expected to stand trial at Chelmsford on June 18.

Jade, 25, sprang to fame after appearing on the Big Brother reality TV show in 2002. Since then she has added a string of TV appearances to her name with reality shows such as Jade’s PA, Just Jade and Jade’s Salon.

This year the brunette star - who has two young sons - returned to the BB house for a stint on Celebrity Big Brother.

A hairdresser blamed by Jade Goody for a savage attack on a boyband singer in a nightclub broke down in court, telling jurors: "I simply did not do it".

Zoe Sigorney, of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, told jurors she had not attacked Jerome Simeon, 22, of Sheffield, with a bottle at a nightclub in Ware, Hertfordshire in February 2006.

The 28-year-old - who denies wounding with intent - burst into tears as she was being questioned and told jurors: "Should I be standing here for something I simply did not do?"

She added: "It is not fair, you would not like to be in my shoes."

Earlier this week Jade, 25, of Chipping Ongar, Essex, told the court how she had seen a woman matching Zoe Sigorney’s description hit the singer over the head with a beer bottle then push the broken remains in to the side of his neck.

The hairdresser said Jerome Simeon had been abusive to her and then started fighting with one of her friends.

She said she had attempted to pull him away from the fight.

"I just hit Mr Simeon on the back," she said. "I pulled his jumper holding on to his back."
